Delivery
Our beautifully handcrafted chocolates are delivered by the Royal Mail, in a rugged outer cardboard carton to ensure that they reach you in good condition. Where ever possible these boxes are design to fit through a standard letter box.
We are currently only able to deliver within the UK.
Delivery cost for singular boxes (usually delivered within 1-2 working days) £4.45
There are no additional delivery charges for gift subscriptions.
Please note we are unable to send out orders when the temperature is over 23C to ensure the chocolate reaches you in good condition.

How should I store the chocolate?
Chocolates should ideally be kept in a cool dry place. Fridges are not suitable.

Ingredients
Each box will include an ingredients label. However please note due to the areas the chocolates are made and stored they may all contain traces of NUTS, GLUTEN, DAIRY, EGG, SOYA

Can I include a gift message?
Yes! We can include a special personalised message with your gift. This will be reproduced as you type it, directly onto the message card. However, we reserve the right to reject any message that we consider might offend the recipient for defamatory, racist, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene, menacing or in breach of confidence, copyright or any other legal rights.

Is the site secure?
Our checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for customers to purchase from our site. TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure. TLS is the industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.
Additionally, we only work with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).
